Given I'm running a 3900X and a 2080 at 1440p, 144hz I don't think this is a hardware problem. I seem to be getting very small lag spikes, I'm not sure if they're just audio or gameplay but they'll occur every now and then when something custom such as the notification of which star you've picked up is displayed. Would adding something similar here be possible? SM64ex's Mario Odyssey Conversion mod has a feature where if you collect say the star from Whomp in Whomp's Fortress, the level transitions to the next act so rather than leaving and entering, one could just go up to the top again and grab the next star. Would it be possible to add an Exit Level option? I quite enjoy the Odyssey style staying inside worlds while you grab stars but once you leave the first floor it's very much a hassle going up/down a level to return to those levels You may also want to check the GitHub repository for more information:Īnd lastly, here's a quick tip for you, you can hold the backspace key or the select button on your controller right after opening the launcher to enable the hidden settings.īlast Away the Wall in Whomp's Fortress seems impossible in Daredevil Mode without glitches due to the forced damage. If you can accept that and stick to it, you’ll be up and running your own CNC parts a lot faster. Hobbyists and Beginners have different needs than industry. ![]() You want software that’s easy to learn and affordable, even if it isn’t the ultimate in powerful. I’ve got a lot more to say in my article on how Pros vs Beginners choose software, but let’s keep it simple here: Who wants to invest hundreds of hours before you can do even something simple? While faster drawing and faster g-code may sound great, Beginners and Hobbyists often just want to get to making their parts as soon as possible. That’s because they’re manufacturing potentially thousands of parts from one g-code program. They want CAM software that generates g-code that executes as fast as possible on their CNC machine, even if that means only experts can make the software do anything at all. They want CAD that lets experts create precision drawings faster. Pros need the software that performs best for someone who is an expert in using the software. And, it ensures new hires are more likely to know the popular software they’ve chosen so less training.īeginners and Hobbyists shouldn’t care about either one of those issues.īTW, the leading CAD software for Pros is SolidWorks, and the leading CAM software is Mastercam, though Fusion 360 is moving up fast. It ensures they’re more likely to have the same software as Customers so they can share files. In either case, choosing the market leader or industry standard software for their market may make sense.

![]() Gameplay sadly seems like a step back from where the franchise is currently at with the PC and current-gen console versions of FIFA 06. The crowd doesn’t look too hot either, with some kind of weird distortion making them all look incredibly odd. You can still make out the improved player models, but the pitch turns into a blurry green mess and awkward player animations become all too noticeable. ![]() Zoom in close during a replay and the grass looks rather stunning, but as with almost every other graphical feature, it’s lost when playing from a standard gameplay camera angle. The pitch looks stunning too, albeit in need of better ground staff – preferably someone with a lawnmower. The stadiums themselves look superb and during the intro to a match they’re impressive sites, even when next-gen expectations are so high. All of the players also sport a strange glow that surrounds them, which looks pretty ridiculous when you’re zoomed in. Faces also approach realism, but fall just short in most cases, with many players coming off a little worse for wear, with overly elastic facial expressions being the worst culprit. Player models are a little plasticy, but it’s hard not to be impressed by their solidity and detail found in them. During replays (which admittedly do run at a less than acceptable frame rate) you can see that, visually at least, the game is approaching what is expected from a next-gen sports game. Looking at the game on its own merits, FIFA 06 RTFWC isn’t a terrible game, but when so many other better footy games are available on other systems (Pro Evo 5 works pretty well on the 360 too) it’s hard to see why anyone would enjoy this 360 debut for FIFA.īefore dissecting everything that’s not too good about it, it’s worth noting that FIFA 06 RTFWC can look stunning. Microsoft should be thankful that EA are supporting their new console (when Sega released the Dreamcast ahead of the PlayStation 2, EA were having none of it), simply because EA games sell, but when they churn out uninspired games such as FIFA 06 Road to FIFA World Cup, you wonder where their true efforts are going. ![]() I'm getting everything I needed and a bit more for a price that is more than fair given all the features. Overall I'm super happy of this purchase. With all this considered, it still felt a bit impressive the first time I sat in front of it haha! Didn't check them since none really apply to my case). (There are some wiring examples for various settings though. The manual is nice and concise, however it's not a tutorial and doesn't explain anything: it only tells you what does what and never tells you how to use what. However I have a scientific background, I did study some electronics on my own, and I did quite a bit of research before buying this unit because I wanted to be sure I had a good way to use my looper with it, all of this together may have helped to figure things down. It is the first time I ever own or use a mixer, and I didn't have much problems figuring things out. ![]() The usb out works in Linux, I record in Ardour (in case it helps someone, since some usb codecs are proprietary and don't work properly with Jack). I also didn't expect it, but you have some degree of control over each effect by being able to tune one or two parameters per effect. I mostly used reverb so far, and it's great. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the built-in FX unit. Double AUX send: one AUX send and one FX send, both with returns, offer quite a bit of wiring options. Compressors for the mono channels do an okayish job if you don't need real control over it. The sound quality is good enough for recording, I'll maybe edit this feedback once it will be tried in a live setting. Allows us to play live with several channels and I can just pick one or two to record and loop while the others are left unchanged. The alt bus is the feature I was looking for the most, to be able to allways choose whether to send a channel to record with the looper. I also play sometimes with a friend who has a modular synth and me with semimodular + looper. As a project, I play with an acoustic guitar, a small semimodular synth, and a loop pedal. ![]() We recommend that you use the CARFAX report as an important guide, together with a vehicle inspection as well as a test drive, to help you make a better decision as to the vehicle's condition.*** ****We encourage our customers to inquire whether a second key, floor mats, and/or owner's manual are available on this vehicle. This left hander, which would be taken wide on the full circuit, must be taken much tighter on the East Course so as to set up for the right-hand to follow. A good line here is essential, as a good time overall depends on compromising the exit to each turn in order to set up for the next. The short straight continues to the Esses, a series of compound corners which are easy to learn, but very difficult to perfect. ![]() Although being longer and tighter than the first, turn 2 has an extended run-off area outside the normal line, so drivers can accelerate early out of the corner. Turn One is a fast right hander which serves as a braking zone for turn 2, also a right hander. The course begins on the start-finish straight, with a short run down to a tricky first corner. |
